Mumbai Ahmedabad Bullet Train Task: Financial quotes were opened for the construction of bridgesThe National High-Speed Rail Corporation Limited (NHSRCL) - accountable for executing the country's first bullet train passage in between Mumbai and Ahmedabad, opened monetary quotes for the building and construction of unique bridges for the upcoming high-speed railway line.

On July 19, financial bids for the building and construction of 11 unique bridges - consisting of 4 prestressed concrete or PSC bridges and 7 steel truss bridges in between the Zaroli Village at Maharashtra-Gujarat Border and Vadodara, in Gujarat and Dadra and Nagar Haveli.

The financial bids of 3 technically qualified bidders were opened and M/s M.G.

Contractors Personal Limited was declared the lowest bidder, according to a statement by NHSRCL.

On July 20, the financial quotes for the building of five special bridges, consisting of one prestressed concrete bridge and four steel truss bridges in between Vadodara and Ahmedabad on the upcoming high-speed rail corridor.

Along the path, the high-speed bullet train will pass through 12 stations, covering specific regions in Maharashtra, Gujarat along with the Union Territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli.According to the organization, the whole range will be covered in two-three hours with stops at all stations.

The bullet train task which is executed along the railway network in the nation is funded by the Japan International Cooperation Company (JICA).

Previously this year, NHSRCL also signed a contract agreement with facilities conglomerate Larsen - Toubro (L-T) - IHI Consortium for the fabrication and procurement of 28 steel bridges, for crossing over railway lines, rivers, highways, roads, and other structures for the Mumbai Ahmedabad bullet train passage.
